I’ve come down for 12 years now and love it. I bought a place 3 yrs ago and find the residents here great. They watch out while I’m gone and take care of things if they can or call me so I can arrange for our handyman to help us. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Now that new owners are there the park looks beautiful once again according to the pics. This was an amazing park a few years ago and I have no doubt it will once again become the best park in my opinion in Yuma. Just look at how much it has been cleaned up in a few short weeks. Looks awesome.

It is a very nice park and economical. It is as nice or nicer than 90% of the parks in our area. I am proud to claim this park as my home. I think anyone looking for a nice park, community activities, etc. would love it here.
